correlative workflow- Abstract text
In our Techno Bite presentation, we will discuss how Thermo Scientific Maps Software enables correlative workflows using SEM and XPS, SEM and Raman spectroscopy, and FIB-SEM and TEM for a range of different applications. These workflows enable a comprehensive characterization of a sample, revealing how the measured material properties such as morphology and surface chemistry relate to its performance. Maps Software now can combine data sets to achieve this, bringing together both imaging and spectroscopic results, allowing the user to build a complete multi-scale and multi-modal views of samples in an easy, accurate and efficient way.
